Fitness
Walked 2.8k to drop child to day care. got the bus to work.
Walked 2.8k home again from work. If I had had the time to collect Tori this could have been nearly 5K, given an 8K total. current weight 17.1
Child:
Wet nappy in the night so still not dry enough to be out of nappies. This morning was very happy that I was dropping her. Sang 'there's only one litte dog in the basket' for most of the journey. This is her song that she made up with my Dad
Job:
It's a busy time of year for staff. I am lucky that I just plan it rather than deliver anything.
